These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Quest Alliance mobile application (the "App") and related website (the "Website") and services. By using the App and Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1) Use of the App and Website

You may use the App and Website only for the purpose of applying for a mortgage loan and using related services. You may not use the App or Website for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App and Website. By using the App and Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3) Application Process

The mortgage loan application process may require you to provide personal and financial information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

4) Loan Approval and Disbursement

Approval and disbursement of your mortgage loan is subject to our review of your application and verification of your personal and financial information. We reserve the right to deny or limit any loan application in our sole discretion.

5) Fees and Charges

You will be responsible for all fees and charges associated with your mortgage loan, as set forth in your loan agreement. You agree to pay all fees and charges in a timely manner.

6) Intellectual Property

The App and Website, including all content and intellectual property rights, are owned by Quest Alliance or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any of the content without our prior written consent.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Website are provided "as is" without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App or Website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quest Alliance and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Website.

10) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11) Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the App or Website or by other means.
